Our passion for offering high-quality, affordable global business processes, outsourcing education, and creating high-caliber individuals drives us to become part of a worldwide workforce.
Founded in 2012, we’ve grown from a small company with only two staff to a consulting company responsible for hundreds of employees. Throughout this journey, our mission has remained unwavering: to create global players. Our basic value – to build an advanced younger generation – is the foundation upon which we’ve built Espin Multimedia.
In a world where the gap between privileged people and the less privileged is so wide, we’re dedicated to narrowing this gap. Siam Nugraha – Founder & CEO
Siam Nugraha has created ESPIN Multimedia, gleaned from his long journey leading preeminent companies across the globe.
Siam started his senior management career at IBM Indonesia, Jakarta. As Business Systems Manager, He led his team to integrate new technologies to improve performance and security. His strength has been recognized nationwide, leading him to become General Manager at a newly established technology enterprise, Bakrie Telecommunication Corporation. Under his guidance, the company has flourished, and he has demonstrated the ability to manage complex activities to verify compliance with SOPs and safety regulations. His notable leadership has led him into a transnational position as Director of Operations for Uzbektelekom, Tashkent, Uzbekistan, where he has implemented and supervised advanced telecommunications projects. His two previous positions have been Director of Operations with Quantum Multimedia Communications, Melbourne, and as Chief Executive Officer with Telkom Australia, Melbourne. These positions demonstrate that he has the expertise and the capabilities to nurture a future bedrock of talent creation.
Siam’s strong passion for human development and nurturing international careers drives and motivates him daily, and this has served as a catalyst for the establishment of his own business, ESPIN Multimedia, a company that strives to provide the younger generation with opportunities to become a part of a talented worldwide workforce.
