Siam Nugraha – Founder & CEO

Siam Nugraha has created ESPIN Multimedia, gleaned from his long journey leading preeminent companies across the globe.

Siam started his senior management career at IBM Indonesia, Jakarta. As Business Systems Manager, He led his team to integrate new technologies to improve performance and security. His strength has been recognized nationwide, leading him to become General Manager at a newly established technology enterprise, Bakrie Telecommunication Corporation. Under his guidance, the company has flourished, and he has demonstrated the ability to manage complex activities to verify compliance with SOPs and safety regulations. His notable leadership has led him into a transnational position as Director of Operations for Uzbektelekom, Tashkent, Uzbekistan, where he has implemented and supervised advanced telecommunications projects. His two previous positions have been Director of Operations with Quantum Multimedia Communications, Melbourne, and as Chief Executive Officer with Telkom Australia, Melbourne. These positions demonstrate that he has the expertise and the capabilities to nurture a future bedrock of talent creation.

Siam’s strong passion for human development and nurturing international careers drives and motivates him daily, and this has served as a catalyst for the establishment of his own business, ESPIN Multimedia, a company that strives to provide the younger generation with opportunities to become a part of a talented worldwide workforce.

HANNY NASUTION , PhDCo-Founder

Hanny Nasution is a brilliant researcher, and skillful marketing strategist. She holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Marketing from Monash University, obtained it in 2.5 years, and was awarded without further examination – the highest academic category. Her doctorate is the continuation of her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in economics, management, and marketing from Universitas Indonesia, Jakarta.

Hanny has over 35 years of experience in tertiary education. She taught and has published many journal articles focused on the process of planning, organizing, directing, and controlling the activities of a business or organization to achieve its goals and objectives.

Having spent the last 17 years working with top Australian universities, she understands how to provide the future generation with comprehensive, integrative, and innovative career readiness through educational, experiential, and exploratory opportunities that position them for success in their careers and communities. She engages her students in dynamic career learning and immerses them in targeted investigation of professional interests.

DIMAS SAMUDRAOperation Lead

Dimas Samudra is a higher education and international education expert with a strong background in organization and policy development. He has experience working in global environments, emerging markets, and donor organizations.

Dimas earned his master’s degree from the University of Minnesota’s College of Education and Human Development in the Organizational Leadership Policy and Development program in their Higher Education track, with a minor in International Education. His education credentials include training certificates in skills that support modern workplace transformation. The first certificate, Managing Interpersonal Skills, offered by Columbus State College in Ohio, provided training in effective communication required for managers working with participants/colleagues from diverse backgrounds. The second certificate was for training in the Ally Development Program from Metropolitan State University in Minnesota, which equipped him with the knowledge and tools to create more inclusive spaces for diverse communities.

For over ten years, Dimas has worked as an education practitioner. He managed several projects to promote his organization’s profile by establishing international partnerships, creating transfer pathways, administering academic exchange programs, and supervising the university’s donor-funded programs. Dimas’ professional experience included participating in and managing several international capacity-building projects involving Japan and ASEAN state member countries.

Dimas has proven skills and expertise in education, higher education, training advisory, sustainable jobs for disadvantaged groups, workforce development, planning and analysis, quality assurance, and accreditation.
