Our Placement Process

First, complete our online request form for more information and read the registration documents. Contact us with any questions regarding the registration forms and program description.

We will ask you to provide us with your resume and additional application documents (cover letter, references).

You will then be assigned a personal Placement Coordinator, your go-to person throughout the process. There will be a one-on-one video welcome session between you and your Placement Coordinator to discuss your career goals and internship preferences as well as answer your questions.

After that, you will use our in-house custom-made video resume software, CV One, with your Placement Coordinator’s help. Together you will write a video script text, review it, make improvements, and then record a convincing video even using a built-in teleprompter function. Our clients love that app!

We will be sure to present your application portfolio to our contact persons at hand-picked partner companies After we finish your application portfolio and finalize the applicant profile. We will immediately let you know as soon as one or more of our partner companies have shown interest in your profile and would like to conduct an interview.

Your placement coordinator will then provide detailed information about the company and prepare you for the phone or webcam interview, as needed. We may even do a mock interview, which is fun.

It’s showtime! You will have your webcam interview with the host company representative. If your interview is successful and the host company and you want to proceed with the placement, we will help negotiate the internship agreement and finalize the contract.
